The standard BMI calculation can be a bit hard to translate to pratical applications like, what target weight should I then aim at? When am I "normal" weight?
I have taken the standard BMI calculation and turned it sideways, so you simply enter your height, and it will give you some practical weight classes customised to you. These numbers will always be the same for you (as long as you do not change height ), so no need to recalculate as you change weight
